20 Recap (& Gown) On Sunday, June 28, 2009, AULA held its 37th Commencement Ceremony at Royce Hall in Westwood. More than 250 graduates from our B. A. and Master's programs and our Bridge Program students celebrated their accomplishments before a full house of friends, family, faculty, and staff. Student speakers from each program addressed the crowd, and commencement speaker Ed Begley, Jr. ( actor and environmental activist) shared his thoughts on the environmental challenges facing our larger community, stressing the important role energy conservation will play in creating a more sustainable future.
